Flood Gates and Stop Logs
DAM Structures have a range of custom built steel flood gates for a wide range of applications. The flood gates are designed and manufactured to the clients' specifications, supplied and fitted to site in a range of paint finishes.
Application
The Steel Flood Gates are designed as a hinged assembly and manufactured as a single or double leaf unit. The locking mechanism allows the gate to be securely locked in both the open and closed positions. There are optional lockable gate covers for seal protection in areas that may be vulnerable to vandalism etc.
The gates hinge assemblies are fabricated steel items, these are machined components incorporating bearing assemblies for a free swinging gate, a robust acme threaded locking assembly ensures the gates are operable by a single person using minimum effort.
De-Mountable stop logs are an alternative option to permanent hinged gate assemblies. These are an aluminium construction and designed to be clipped in position when required. A safe storage facility is required for the stop logs when they are not in use.
